New Items
We will refund any product purchased within 14 days of the item being delivered, this applies only to products which have not been opened or tampered with and are still in a condition to be re-sold.
Any items being returned must be sent back in the original packaging and you must pay for the return costs, we will not refund any postage costs for items sent back which you no longer want or have ordered by mistake.
Faulty Items – (Out of scope for ‘wear and tear’)
Within 6 months of purchase: If you find an item should be faulty, which is extremely rare, we will require you to go through our returns procedure and to complete an RMA form before sending your item back, once we have received the item and have tested it for its fault or liaised with the manufacturer, if it is found the product is indeed faulty, a replacement or a refund will be offered to you.
After 6 months of purchase: If you find an item to be faulty after 6 months of purchasing, we will advise you to take your concern direct to the manufacturer for a warranty claim.
Items cut to size.
We offer a service to cut a stick down to size from measurements provided by you, items that have been cut are excluded from our returns policy and we will not offer any refunds on items cut prior to despatch.
