Can you cut my stick to size?
Yes, we can cut most wooden sticks to size. Tell us the length you need when you order, or send us a message and we will help you work it out.
Which handle is best if my hands are sore?
Many customers with sore hands choose soft gel grip, anatomical or ergonomic handles, which are shaped to spread the pressure across your hand. Everyone is different, so if you have a medical condition it is worth asking your doctor or physiotherapist too. You are also welcome to come into the shop and try a few handles, or send us a message.
Are dress canes suitable for support?
Dress canes are made for style, not as a mobility aid. If you need support to walk, please choose one of our walking sticks or mobility aids.
Delivery and returns
How much is delivery?
Delivery in the UK is free on orders over £100. On smaller orders the cost is shown at checkout. More details are on our delivery information page.
Can I return a stick if it is not right?
Yes. You can return most items within 30 days. Please contact us first and we will tell you what to do. Read more on our returns and refunds page.
