We want you to be happy with your purchase. If it is not right for you, you can return most items within 30 days. To start a return, fill in the form at the bottom of this page.
How to return an item
- Tell us first. Send your return request using the form at the bottom of this page. Please keep the item until you hear from us.
- Pack it up. Return the item unused, in its original packaging if you still have it, with any accessories that came with it.
- Send it back. Keep your proof of postage until we have received your parcel.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we will refund you to the original payment method within 14 days. If you would rather exchange the item for a different size or style, tell us in the form and we will arrange it.
Return postage
Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, you pay the cost of posting it back to us. If it is faulty or incorrect, we will pay the return postage.
Items made to order
Sticks that we have cut to your length are made specially for you, so we cannot take them back unless they are faulty or we cut them to the wrong length.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or stops working, please send us a return request as soon as you can and we will repair, replace or refund it. This does not affect your legal rights.
